Dr Elaine Mitchell retires end of March 2024 after many years of working for the practice.

Dr Mitchell's last working day in the practice, will be Wednesday 6th March 2024.

The practice operates a call-menu telephone system; dial
0141 531 6410 and select option:-

1 – Appointments & general enquiries

2 – Clinical emergencies requiring urgent medical attention

3 - Repeat Prescription Service

4 - Lab Results, only available 10.30a.m. to 2.30p.m.

In addition the practice offers an “Extended Hours” service. 

All requests for appointments, fit notes or to discuss medication will be signed posted by our reception staff to an appropriate member of our clinical team.  Consultations are by appointment only.  Please ensure reception staff have your latest telephone number. When a member of the clinical team calls you back, the phone number will start 0800, please answer this call.

If coming into the practice for an appointment, staff will ask you to wear a face mask. masks are available at the main reception desk.

Please attend close to the appointment time. 

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions (see staff page) and you may be seen more quickly.

Chaperone

If you wish a chaperone while being examined, please let us know

Special Assistance

The practice has access to the National Interpreting Service, should the patient require the assistance of an interpreter.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
